📋 SVM Negative Scoring Guide

The Weekly Review Ritual is built on a Negative Scoring Accountability System. Instead of tracking achievements, it focuses on the "gap" of work left unfinished to ensure team alignment and commitment reliability.

% Missed (WND) Work Not Done = (Tasks Missed / Total Tasks) × -100.
Measures the percentage of assigned tasks that were not completed by the end of the week.

% Missed/Late WND + Late Tasks = ((Missed + Late Tasks) / Total Tasks) × -100.
Calculates the total compliance penalty including late submissions.

Committed Goal The maximum penalty score the member committed to achieve last week (e.g. -15% means committing to miss no more than 15% of tasks).

Actual Score The actual score achieved this week. Highlights in green for 0% (perfect compliance) and red for any missed tasks.

Ritual Check A verification completed by admins. Checking this box confirms that the team member has successfully completed their weekly review, discussed their targets, and aligned on commitments.

Next Week's Goal The performance target threshold the member commits to for the next week (between -100% and 0%). Click Save to record the target.

💡 Note on Negative Values: A score of 0% represents perfect task execution. A score of -100% means no assigned work was completed. The goal is to keep scores as close to 0% as possible.
